The midterm exam timetable for all tracks is now available on the Schedule page. Please make sure to review your exam dates, start times, and assigned rooms carefully, as several rooms have changed since the draft schedule was first shared last week. Students are required to arrive at least fifteen minutes before their exam start time with their student ID card, since latecomers will not be granted extra time. Calculators are permitted for the Digital Signals and Algorithms exams only, and no phones or smartwatches are allowed inside the exam hall under any circumstances. If you have two exams scheduled on the same day with less than a two hour gap between them, please contact the academic affairs office as soon as possible to request a conflict resolution slot. Any student with a documented medical excuse must submit official paperwork to the Dean's office within 48 hours of the missed exam to be eligible for a makeup session.
Jul 28, 2026Join our career services team for a hands-on workshop on building a strong technical CV and LinkedIn profile.
Jul 25, 2026Computer Lab 2 will be under maintenance on Saturday. Sessions will be relocated to Lab 4 for that day only.
Jul 20, 2026All graduation project proposals must be submitted through the portal by the end of next month, along with a signed supervisor approval form and an initial project timeline covering each phase of development. Proposals should clearly state the problem being solved, the tools and technologies you intend to use, and how the project relates to your specialization track. Groups of up to three students are allowed, but each member must be listed with their individual contribution area. Late submissions will only be accepted with prior written approval from your track coordinator, and proposals that do not include a supervisor signature will be automatically rejected without review. Students who submitted a proposal last semester but were asked to revise it must resubmit the updated version rather than assuming their original submission still stands.
